Successful Second Meeting of YOU CAN BE Project Partners in Zagreb

From 5-6 June in Zagreb-Croatia, Znanje na Delu played host to the second meeting of the YOU CAN BE project partners. The gathering brought together representatives from all project partners to discuss the progress of the Intellectual Output 2 – Mentors Toolkit. The meeting proved to be a productive and collaborative event, with participants providing valuable feedback and planning for the upcoming mentors’ training session in Skopje, scheduled for late July.

During the meeting, the project partners nominated representatives who meticulously reviewed each chapter of the Intellectual Output 2 – Mentors Toolkit. These representatives offered their insights and suggestions for further improving the content. The aim was to create a comprehensive and effective toolkit that would provide valuable resources and guidance to mentors involved in the project.

On the second day of the meeting, the representatives shifted their focus to planning the agenda for the forthcoming mentors’ training, which will take place in Skopje in July this year. By developing a well-structured agenda, the project partners ensured that the training would address the specific needs of mentors and maximize their impact.

Towards the end of the meeting, a dedicated session was held to discuss administration and financial matters, as well as to adjust the project timeline. This session aimed to ensure smooth project management, address any logistical concerns, and align the financial aspects of the project. By having an open and transparent discussion, the partners were able to make necessary adjustments, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives within the designated timeframe.

The second meeting of the YOU CAN BE project partners was marked by fruitful discussions and collaborative efforts. Numerous agreements were reached, and targeted dates and tasks were acknowledged, bringing the project one step closer to its goals.
