INN@SE webinars- Call for participants
ARNO is looking for participants to join the upcoming online trainings (4 webinars) organized within the INN@SE Project (Innovative Social Entrepreneurship with Youth Engagement). The ideal participants are experienced youth staff: youth workers, trainers, coaches, school and university teachers interested to learn the INN@SE methodology and transfer it inside their training and coaching practices. Participants will work in mixed groups with nominated people from Poland, Italy and Jordan. Apply by 07.03.2022, by filling-in this Form.
Due to COVID the trainings will be held online in 4 webinars (it is expected full participation in all webinars):

What to expect?
The use of “open innovation” method, mix of non-formal education methods, adaptation of existing team-building games, energizers and other tools in the area of social entrepreneurship, brings us to new reality in which each trainer/educator/self-user might need extended support to guide a group, facilitate a discussion and create summary. At the webinars, each of the partners will transfer know-how on the topics of Business Modeling of Social Enterprises, use of the concept of Open Innovation, practical exercises (e.g. how to “play” Urban Farm Exercise to practice financial projections; what is upgrades Social Business Model Canvas (is there really a business with no environmental/social costs and how to build more inclusive models) and other aspects that cover some of the materials produced within the Intellectual Outputs from the project.
