Sesioni, i titulluar &#8220;M\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb ekonomi qarkulluese: nj\u00eb hyrje n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e gjevrekut&#8221;, u drejtua nga Leonora Gr\u00e7eva nga <a href=\"https:\/\/doughnuteconomics.org\/\">Doughnut Economics Action Lab<\/a> (DEAL, Mbret\u00ebria e Bashkuar). \u00a0Kjo ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb ARNO (n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Akademis\u00eb) kishte prezantuar konceptin e Ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb gjevrekut, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 12 organizatave pjesmarr\u00ebse, ne e zgjeruam ftes\u00ebn edhe me mentor, eskeprt\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb ARNO-s.\u00a0 Reagimi ishte i shk\u00eblqyer \u2013 40 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs ndoq\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive dhe mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb diskutime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse Ekonomi gjevreku? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomia e gjevrekut, e popullarizuar nga libri i Kate Ra\u00eborth \u201cDoughnut Economics: Seven Ways to Think Like a 21st-Century Economist\u201d (2017), paraqet nj\u00eb model q\u00eb balancuar mir\u00ebqenien njer\u00ebzore me kufijt\u00eb planetar\u00eb. Ideja kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: ne duhet t\u00eb kalojm\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn &#8220;brumore&#8221; t\u00eb gjevrekut &#8211; p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nevojat baz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pa tejkaluar kufijt\u00eb natyror\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Leonora i udh\u00ebhoqi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit p\u00ebrmes koncepteve kryesore, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pse na duhen modele t\u00eb reja ekonomike \u2013 Teorit\u00eb tradicionale ekonomike \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb mbiprodhim dhe humbje t\u00eb burimeve. Ekonomia qarkulluese \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, por nuk zgjidh t\u00eb gjitha padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb sociale dhe mjedisore.<\/li>\n<li>Kuptimi i kufijve planetar\u00eb \u2013 Ekonomia globale po konsumon burime n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb alarmante. N\u00eb vitin 2025, Maqedonia e Veriut do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb &#8220;Dit\u00ebn e Mbitejkalimit&#8221; m\u00eb 14 korrik, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se n\u00ebse e gjith\u00eb bota do t\u00eb jetonte si ne, do t\u00eb na duheshin pothuajse dy planet\u00eb Tok\u00eb. Po sikur t\u00eb jetonim si SHBA? Deri n\u00eb 4.9 planet\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Realiteti i qarkullimit \u2013 Sot, vet\u00ebm 7.2% e materialeve jan\u00eb rifutur n\u00eb ekonomi. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr hidhet, humbet ose mbyllet n\u00eb nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb, duke rritur presionin mbi burimet natyrore. Riciklimi nuk mjafton \u2013 ne duhet t\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsojm\u00eb prodhimin dhe t\u00eb rimendojm\u00eb modelet tona t\u00eb konsumit.<\/li>\n<li>Ekonimia e Gjevrekut n\u00eb praktik\u00eb \u2013 Qytetet, bizneset dhe qeverit\u00eb lokale n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn po eksperimentojn\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb model, duke e p\u00ebrdorur at\u00eb si nj\u00eb busull p\u00ebr vendimmarrje dhe krijimin e strategjis\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrtej qarkullueses: Nj\u00eb qasje holistike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sesioni ngriti gjithashtu pyetje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb lidhje me kostot e fshehura n\u00eb zinxhir\u00ebt e furnizimit &#8211; <strong>shfryt\u00ebzimi joetik i pun\u00ebs, degradimi i mjedisit dhe shp\u00ebrndarja e pabarabart\u00eb e burimeve<\/strong>.
