N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aktivitet mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 40 t\u00eb rinj, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb sektorit joqeveritar dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm dhe aktual.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qasja n\u00eb Manualin p\u00ebr <\/span>Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit Social<\/span><\/a> u nda falas gjat\u00eb ngjarjes dhe\u00a0 synon t\u00eb pajis\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit e mundsh\u00ebm social\u00eb me gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb u nevojitet p\u00ebr t’i kthyer idet\u00eb n\u00eb realitet. Ai p\u00ebrfshinte informacione t\u00eb dobishme mbi menaxhimin e ekipit, teorin\u00eb e ndryshimit, Design Thinking (t\u00eb menduarit e dizajnit), modelin e biznesit CANVAS, flukset e parave dhe shum\u00eb tema t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vlefshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

U promovua gjithashtu <\/span>Manuali i Mjeteve t\u00eb Mentorimit<\/span><\/a>, i cili fokusohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e teknikave t\u00eb mentorimit. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit m\u00ebsuan se si t\u00eb udh\u00ebzojn\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtesin sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit e ardhsh\u00ebm social\u00eb duke p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebt\u00eb manual falas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, u promovua edhe Programi p\u00ebr Mb\u00ebshtetjen e Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsve Social\u00eb, i cili, ashtu si manualet, \u00ebsht\u00eb falas. Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb rrisin ndikimin e tyre dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti financohet nga Programi Erasmus+ i Bashkimit Evropian.
