Projekti “EICEE – Ekosistemi p\u00ebr eko-novacion dhe ekonomi qarkulluese n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor”<\/strong> , mb\u00ebshtetet nga Bashkimi Europian p\u00ebrmes thirrjes s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe programin mediatik n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe Turqin\u00eb, p\u00ebr vitet 2021-2023 (IPA III).<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij projekti, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb kapacitetet dhe angazhimin e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, n\u00eb zhvillimin e politikave q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb tranzicion t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr dhe dixhital n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb kapacitetet e aktor\u00ebve n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb sociale dhe n\u00eb perceptimin e industris\u00eb dhe sektorit publik , p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e burimeve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe bazuar n\u00eb konceptin e eko-dizajnit.<\/p>\n

Zhvillimi i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm ekonomik, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga sfidat me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballet i gjith\u00eb sistemi shoq\u00ebror dhe jo nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nga vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. Modeli aktual ekonomik n\u00eb rajon, bazohet ende n\u00eb “merr-b\u00eb-shk\u00ebmbe”. Ai varf\u00ebron burimet tona, ndot mjedisin ton\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmton biodiversitetin dhe klim\u00ebn. Ai gjithashtu i b\u00ebn vendet, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb prodhimit t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb varura nga burimet nga vendet e tjera. P\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur k\u00ebto probleme, BE-ja synon t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb modeli ekonomie m\u00eb qarkulluese, t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb produkte m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor duhet t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rrug\u00eb. Ne duhet t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr ndikimin e produkteve n\u00eb mjedis gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb tyre jet\u00ebsor dhe zgjatjen e jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb produkte m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, qarkulluese dhe n\u00eb burime efikase. Produkte m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb elektronik\u00eb, mobilje dhe tekstile do t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb elasticitetin e ekonomis\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes pun\u00ebs k\u00ebrkimore, ekipi k\u00ebrkimor rajonal do t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb rekomandimesh n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb sfidave t\u00eb identifikuara.<\/p>\n

Nga projekti ve\u00e7ojm\u00eb: P\u00ebrfitues t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti jan\u00eb; komuniteti hulumtues n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, i cili mori gjetje dhe detyra shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e pun\u00ebs k\u00ebrkimore n\u00eb zhvillimin e produkteve inovative dhe ekonomis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi; Nd\u00ebrmarrjet sociale – t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin m\u00eb tej rezultatet e projektit; dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e komunitetit, shoqatat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin p\u00ebrdorimin e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr, njohurive dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e eko-novacioneve dhe produkteve 3R.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
