Tasty Balkan
On the 16th of December 2020, the Western Balkans Cookbook was published.
“Generator” from Serbia (Coordinator) in collaboration with the partners “ARNO” from N.Macedonia, “KFIC” from Kosovo, and “Bona Fide” from Montenegro prepared it with lots of love and it contains 130 recipes from these regions.
This cookbook is a result of the project Gastronomic Map of the Western Balkans. In its framework, tasty recipes from these regions were prepared by the students – cooks from the VET School “Lazar Tanev” and part of the project “Coolinary”.
