Final Conference of the “Parkours for the Future” Project

On 30 September 2025, from 17:00 to 18:30 CET, the online final conference of the Erasmus+ project Parkours for the Future (PAFF) will take place. The event will bring together project partners, as well as a wide range of educators and professionals from across Europe, to discuss how young people can prepare for the challenges posed by the future of the labor market.

The conference will focus on the three main themes addressed by the project: sustainability, digital transformation, and gender equality. Through conversations and a panel discussion, participants will explore how these topics shape the work environment and which new skills young people need to develop.

A special highlight of the conference will be three exceptional speakers:

  • Natalia Kallio (European Youth Forum) – focusing on the need for complex and holistic guidance programmes that foster self-awareness and lead to better career choices.

  • Paolo Nardi (EfVET – European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training) – who will speak about the new challenges and opportunities in vocational education and training for future generations.

  • Francesca Pignatelli (ITS Academy ICT Liguria) – highlighting the power of experiential and peer-to-peer learning in building more conscious and resilient career paths.
