ARNO representative attending the International conference on social entrepreneurship in Cyprus
Being recognized as a relevant actor in the sector of Social Entrepreneurship, ARNO, represented by Irina Janevska, was invited at the conference called: Social Entrepreneurship Eco-system, examples and good practices, held on 2-3 December in Cyprus.
The conference was organized by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Directorate General European Programmes, within the framework of the Interreg Balkan Med co-funded project INNOVENTER and the “European Social Economy Regions” initiative of the European Commission.
The event intended to provide an overview of the social entrepreneurship eco-system on a European level, as well as to present best practices and examples of social entrepreneurship. The Conference aimed to reach decision and policy makers, local authorities, non-profit organisations, NGOs, students, as well as business owners/managers and vocational trainers.
Invited by our partners MKA 2000, Irina gave a presentation on the national context and development of SE, shared successful stories and emphasized the potential and creativity of green businesses.
