In the final part of the project Slow Food Cooking Classes, we organised a training for the students, led by Petar Shokarevski.During the training, the students participated in a cooking challenge. Later, we tasted the dishes together with the project partners and supporters.
On 15.03 2019, as requested by the majority of the participants from the third class, we organised the pilot cooking class as team building activity.Chef Antonio Gjorgjievski was giving the instructions for the preparation of pizza and “pastrmajlija”, as it was a mixed cooking class of Italian and Macedonian traditional cuisine.
To our great satisfaction, we had American students as participants who were in the country as part of a student exchange program, carried out by the organization American Council for International Education.
